We are currently hiring Sales Representative- Ready Mix Concrete in Saudi Arabia for reputable contracting organization in Riyadh.

Job responsibilities:

• Keep information pertaining to selling price, job closings, customer segmentation and use this information to price projects with the ongoing supervision of the Sales Manager
• interact with customers and collect product samples for quality control/quality assurance.
• Promote special product sales
• Help customers obtain concrete information and strengthen customer relations through value added marketing and branded Products
• Communicate with customers about any concrete irregularities and solve the issue to both parties satisfaction. Process customer project contracts to ensure proper pricing for correct mixes to avoid charge backs and unhappy customers.  Assist in any Q.C. concerns with customers and resolve in a timely manner.
• Obtain information and help operations on-site to schedule and direct deliveries.

Qualifications:
• 3 years of related experience (Ready Mix concrete)
• Excellent customer service skills – dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers
• Must be flexible and able to balance shifting priorities to meet deadlines
• Ability to negotiate skillfully in tough situations without damaging relationships
• Posses a general knowledge of construction and a solid understanding of the market, competition and business opportunities
