HR Manager is required now for a leading company at Saudi Arabia with the following details :
Responsibilities:
1. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
2. Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
3. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working
conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
4. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements in Egypt (not in KSA)
5. and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedure and reporting are in compliance
6. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
7. Investigate and report on industrial accidents for insurance carriers.
8. Secure employee documents such as passports, permit of residence, travel letters, licenses.
9. Administer benefits programs such as life, health, dental insurances, vacation, sick leave, absence leave…
10. Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as transportation, or relocation service.
Skills & requirements
• Minimum BA degree in Business Management, HR Field.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal Arabic and English.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position
• Having previous experience in industrial and manufacturing companies.
• Good knowledge of the Egyptian labor law and regulations.
