A multinational Consultant Office in KSA urgently needs:

(( CIVIL PROJECTS MANAGER ))

Experience:
Not less than 15 years in construction field
( Large real-estate projects, High-rise building, premium hotels, retail development, and villas).

Skills:
- Candidate should be driven and dedicated to be a leader in this emerging industry, and be able to adapt to changes in environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferable in both Arabic and English.

- Team Player, good negotiating skills, and able to work under pressure.

- Knowledgeable in construction contracting, installation, and estimating Computer literate and related software knowledge a plus.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor of civil engineering.
