ADSL Technician
Responsibilities
In depth knowledge of Copper networks and ADSL Technology.
Troubleshooting and repair the ADSL lines.
Familiar with different types of Copper Cabins and DP.
Jointing the copper cables in the cabins and DP.
Installation and repair the landline.
Communicate and coordinate with other workers, vendors and customers.
Familiar with different type of tools (Argus, CSA, Multi meter … etc.)
Education
Apprenticeship completed.
High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Some College.
Skills
• Ability to adhere to Local, Federal regulations and Company policies.
• Proficient with hand tools (Argus, CSA, Multi meter … etc.)
• Ability to drive company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
• Ability to interact effectively with other team members.
• Basic understanding of Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Must be able to work independently without supervision.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Work outdoors in all kinds of weather and at all times of the day or night.
• Work performed near power lines and electricity.
