15- Urgently required for a reputable Co. in KSA working in the electronics field customer service with the following duties :
A- Responsible to receive all defective items coming from customers.
B- Despatch and receive all defective items to vendors premises .
C- Post repair , collect items and arrange the item pick up by the customers.
D. System updates related to all the activities.
E- Handling customer issues , inquiries and follow the policy of company.
F. Escalate complicated issues to Service Manager and coordinate between brands and Customers.
J- Coordinate between customer and call center also follow up on the pending request.
