• Development of VAS/Digital systems/apps using latest technologies including languages/methodologies as Java, C, C++, XML/XSL, UML, PL-SQL, Perl, JavaScript, CSS and any other related/supporting programming languages as per need.
• Reproduction or porting of existing applications in other languages e.g. .Net to more efficient Java frameworks.
• Responsible for resolution of L3 issues raised for the VAS/Digital platforms by analyzing logs, traces and application code in different languages e.g. .Net.
• Documentation and knowledge sharing of VAS Platforms and related systems to both internal and external teams
• Technical design/plan for integrations and subsequent platform development
• Execution of platform development/upgrades required for integration & feature enhancement projects individually or via internal & external teams/resources
• Perform platform’s optimization & evolution aligned with business road map and service forecasts
• Set and monitor platform KPIs to ensure optimum performance and efficient service delivery
• Handover of development and integration projects to operations team
• Supporting operations/business teams with service configurations/definitions and migrations as and when required (which may require to perform/participate in outage activities other than normal office hours)
• Perform integration/migration/development acceptance/clearance tests, produce relevant test documentation and reports
• Vendor support management and interaction for reported issues or problems
• Ensure that Quality of Service is maintained after app/service/platform launch
