Job title: Oracle HR consultant
Purpose :
To provide functional consultation to business units, and implement and support Human Resources Track’s systems in order to ensure data consistency and accuracy within the company operational plans, and adopted policies and procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
Consulting and Implementation:
• Analyze, review and validate user requirements in order to set required actions and delivery milestones
• Assist in the creation of IT project plans through the preparation and presentation of recommended actions
• Undertake the development and validation of business process maps, module design, implementation and functional testing and support the development team in Human Resource related implementations
• Undertake the development, validation and processing of Payroll related operations (e.g. functionality, calculation formulas development and testing, reconciliation activities) to ensure data accuracy and in support of Group Human Resources team, HR self services implementation and support,WF.
• Conduct technical testing for patches and system updates to ensure system stability, and identify and resolve underlying technical issues
• Prepare technical documentation for Human Resources module related integration and extensions to enable development tracking and set future reference documents for signoff by the required parties
• Prepare user guides, awareness material, and conduct training sessions and one-to-one consultations to ensure the users’ awareness and enhanced adoption of the ERP system’s functionality
• Follow all relevant Information Technology’s policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures to others within the company
Technical Support
• Troubleshoot, address and resolve technical problems raised by users to enhance business processes
• Identify Human Resource module related system issues (e.g. performance, connectivity, stability), report to the concerned parties, and follow up to ensure their resolution to reduce interruption to business activities
• Collaborate with the Database Administration and Development Teams during systems’ integration for Human Resources related operations to ensure data integrity and avoid system conflicts
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
• 3 to 5 solid years of experience in ERP Implementation and Technical Support
• Previous 5 end-to-end ERP Modules’ implementation experience is required, Human Resources Module is preferred
• Previous ERP Tools (e.g. Forms, Reports, Workflows) experience is required
• Previous PL/SQL experience is required
• Previous Human Resources and Financial Modeling experience is required
• Previous User Requirements Analysis and Documentation experience is required
Education and Certifications
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent is required
• A certification from Oracle is preferred
