Senior Finishing Site Manager (Metro Stations)

Job Description

We are looking for a European Senior Finishing Site Manager to Work on the Riyadh Metro , Saudi Arabia

Job Role

As a Senior Finishing Site Manager You will be working on the interior fit out of Metro and Rail stations and must have previous high end fit out experience

Responsible for management, development and planning of construction and finishing

Direct all aspects of the day-to-day execution of the project and monitor and coordinate work performed by the workmen

Lead, coach and manage several skilled and experienced site execution staff

Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and to minimize disruption of on-going operations

Planning the resources

Supervise subcontractors

Attend and lead important site meetings

Requirements:

Must have international experience

Must have High End interior fit out experience

Previous experience working on Railway / metro stations is plus

Must have Middle East experience

Minimum 10 years of experience

Fluent in English
