Enterprise Architect

الوصف الوظيفي
The job incumbent shall carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and continuously monitor the architecture models (as architecture building plans) and update them as necessary to show the changes, additions and alterations.
• Provide high level strategic architecture advice for future investment in the IT systems and processes to support business objectives.
• Translate business practices and processes into architectures to enable delivery of appropriate solutions (Impact analysis, gap Analysis, target architecture, implementation roadmap).
• Develop in cooperation with Applications domains and Operations GASCO IT Dpt. technology roadmaps aligned with Business strategy and manage implementation.
• Develop architecture standards and policies applicable to all IT groups (Domains, Ops, etc.) including integration layer for inter-application dataflow.
• Assist project teams with design issues.
• Ensure interfaces between applications are formalized thru Interface agreements.
• Foster innovation and undertakes technology research to scan the horizon, identify future• IT trends and assess applicability within GASCO.
• Make decisions with regard to EA artefacts design, principles and implementation.
• Propose and enforce EA check points (prior to submission to the IT budget Review Board or Projects boards or afterward, during the project delivery process).
• Drive the community of functional architects, solution, domain, applications and Infrastructure architects within the IT Department.
• Propose and implement the governance (Architecture committee across projects and processes, Design Authority by project,..)
• Resolve architecture disputes with suppliers.
• Own and publish the content of the EA Strategy (i.e. principles, standards, policies, guidelines and reference models) and communicate the EA strategy throughout GASCO Enforce compliance of IT designs and components (including IT infrastructures, systems and applications) with the EA Strategy.
• Animate the Architecture Review Board, chaired by the IT Director, who aims to approve and support the design of a coherent Enterprise Architecture and the establishment, maintenance and enforcement of Business and IT Strategy throughout the organization.• Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed in order to meet sector objectives.

• A thorough knowledge of English is required to perform work as described and make clear and concise verbal and written reports and keep up with technical advancements.
• Deep insights of Industrial engineers and maintenance engineering
• Wide knowledge of Operations processes re-engineering and optimization tactics
• Track record on process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, US and International Codes, Standards and Specifications.

• Good Command in English Language
