Job Description We are seeking an entrepreneurial, motivated and experienced intellectual property (IP) Attorney to play a primary role with the company’s strategic efforts. Reporting to the General Manager, this Attorney will support company’s business in connection with objectives and management, with lead responsibility for Patent, Trademark, Copy Right and Design. Key Responsibilities • Proactive guidance of new governmental regulations; provides proactive advice and counsel to the management. • Provides focused and practical legal advice respecting business operations as well as the impact of current or anticipated laws, rules and regulations. • Assists the development and implementation of policies, procedures and control mechanisms to promote compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. • due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
