This role is responsible for maximising new business, renewals and increased profitability via targeted segmented lead generation, product development, channel roll out and renewal/retention.
Identifying improvements in current sales, operations and processes to maximise productivity, penetration, profitability and retention.
Define and coordinate the implementation of sales and marketing plan. Be the reference person for Distribution in projects and programs across the organization
Management and driving improvements in renewal and retention of existing business – both Individual and Commercial
Identification and prioritization of improvements in existing business models and processes to improve top line (retention and new business) as well as profits.
Ownership of the sales P&L;model and reporting
Acting as a Deputy to the CDO
Coordinate projects for Distribution, elaborate business plans, represent Distribution in multi-functional projects
Define and coordinate campaigns, recruiting, sales initiatives, sales tools, etc.
Development and Management of lead generation on both the individual and commercial businesses.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience in driving or developing distribution channels, in sales and in developing successfully business
Deep knowledge of insurance products and the product development process
High technical understanding of all areas of a P&L;A high level of discipline and goof experiences in project management and analysis with good computer skills
Good leadership and communication skills
Planning and change management capabilities
Brilliant, ambitious and having the aspiration to become a leader in the organization
