الوصف الوظيفي •Provide input in identifying tenants and determining prices for non-GLA leasing (kiosks, carts, pop-ups, etc) •Develop and manage relationships with tenants in own region •Coordinate with specialty leasing functions in other regions for synergies across the regions or within the same one (e.g., West 1, West 2, etc.) •Conduct entire leasing and renewal cycle from tenant sourcing to contract signing and minimize leakage upon terminations •Re-negotiate renewals in case of major changes in pricing and lease conditions received from Development or Asset Management committees •Coordinate with on-site FM team to ensure availability and readiness of site to host non-GLA leasing unit based on tenant preferences and determine handover date •Coordinate with Legal & Finance for contracts and payments/ revenue booking and that all contracts are input into system •Update and maintain the client database •Prepare all required lease forms and ensure accuracy of contract terms and conditions as per approved templates •Check completeness of signatures and forms and update contract database and ensure follow-up with concerned stakeholders on missing signatures, addendums and other documentationDistribute documents to internal and external parties and as required المهارات •Bachelors degree in business administration/management, or equivalent is required Experience •2+ years in retail leasing •Solid track record and experience in tenant/customer relationship management •Significant exposure to GCC and KSA retail market Competencies •Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion skills •Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders •Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills •Excellent conflict resolution/management skills •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Command of Arabic and English, written and verbal •Affinity towards retail market trends الخلفية التعليمية تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/specialty-leasing-3765365/ |
