الوصف الوظيفي •Source and manage the relationship with large retail groups and anchor tenants •Oversee end-to-end leasing activities for these key accounts Roles & Responsibilities: •Oversee external consultants architectural design efforts and ensure that all drawing submittals are in line with ACCL’s requirements and design quality standards and guidelines for the concept design, schematic design, detailed design, and construction drawings phases while adhering to local regulations and building standards •Manage all architectural consultants on a periodic basis to ensure that designs and technical drawings are carried out appropriately and aligned with the approved designs •Assist Development Managers in the development of design briefs as required •Assist with the scoping of design activities and technical evaluation of bids when required •Prepare recommendations for MEP and Structural & Civil before carrying out architectural design modifications for interfaces of building structures •Conduct site visits and collaborate with project managers in identifying and flagging architectural issues and potential value engineering initiatives •Communicate any design changes to Architecture & Interior in order to liaise with Development Management to reflect in on asset business plan and forecasts •Review mock ups and provide comments for final implementation on the ground •Assist Government Relations in preparing permit and applying for licenses •Ensure adherence to ACCL’s design standards •Assist Development Managers during design and execution with all design related issues •Perform the role of Design Manager if required •Support in developing pre-concept and concept designs when requiredSupport in creating and updating ACCL’s architecture and design themes, guidelines, and standards المهارات •Bachelors degree in business administration/management, or equivalent is required Experience •7+ years in retail leasing in KSA •Solid track record and experience in tenant/customer relationship management •Significant exposure to GCC and KSA retail market •Track record in handling 5 – 10 key accounts simultaneously Competencies •Large and diverse network of key clients (especially within the KSA) •Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders •Excellent sales, negotiation and persuasion skills •Excellent conflict resolution/management skills •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Command of Arabic and English, written and verbalAffinity towards retail market trends الخلفية التعليمية تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/senior-leasing-manager-3765667/ |
