Responsible for closing the books and in producing monthly Profit & Loss statements.
Maintaining all proper documentation for all financial matters such as Projects cost & revenue, Fixed Assets Register, Disposals, etc.
Reconcile, adjust and maintain Balance Sheet accounts such as prepaid expense, petty cash, accounts receivable, payroll related payables, loans and notes receivables, Provisions and accruals, deferred / accrued revenue / incomeaccounts, etc.
Compile, enter and post monthly adjusting journal entries.
Responsible for monthly journal entries and reconciling monthly reports.
Responsible for the processing of the daily cash and other charge transactions.
Continuously seeking improvements in accounting procedures and conducts reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Perform monthly bank and merchant reconciliation’s.
• Keeps abreast of laws and regulations that apply to a particular staff
function or field of professional expertise to maintain up-to-date compliancewith clear and precise documentation
المهارات
Must be Charted Accountant or Certified Professional Accountant
Must have previous working experience as Head of Finance for minimum 3 years
At least 5 years plus of managerial level experience.
Preferred to have background in construction and contracting environment.
Preferred to have audit firm - big 4 experience.
Has knowledge in Oracle
Excellent Leadership skills coupled with articulation and assertiveness.
Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
Capable to handle pressures in highly stressful situations.
Ability to demonstrate strong commercial and business acumen.
Has knowledge in ERP - Oracle
Languages: English, Arabic
Age not exceeding 33 years
