Posting in accounting ledgers, Reviewing and verifying accuracy of supporting documents ofaccounting entries and reconciling the accounts
Coordinate and direct the monthly financial forecasting activities of projects, including: Project revenue recognition (project base orders and customer engineering changes); Working and supporting the project teams with forecasting of monthly project costs; Project invoicing and cash collection forecasting per specific milestones
Prepare and present to management the monthly project financial summaries on an annual and total project life basis, includes presenting total revenues, costs, project margins
Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to by project teams
Analyze the monthly project forecast financials vs. monthly forecast annual budget.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,
Minimum 4 years of previous forecasting and variance analysis experience
Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail oriented
Experience in construction industry
Project base dfinancial analysis
Has knowledge in ERP, Oracle
Languages: English, Arabic
Age not exceeding 30 years
