Work closely with the CEO to develop and accomplish financial related goals and strategic plans established by board members and executives of the Company.
Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes related to finance, internal and external.
Work well under pressure and be able to multi task as needed.
Other duties may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer, such as HR related activities.
Simulate various financial scenarios through financial modelling and analytics to determine best course of action.
Strong interpersonal and management abilities to build consensus and lead growth.
Regularly present potential opportunities, scenarios, and possible outcomes related to finance to management team.
Direct and manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents and reports.
Understand the big picture while managing the day-to-day financial details.
Collaborate with management on initiating, developing and executing possible funding strategies.
Review financial and legal documentation to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local Saudi regulations.
Analyse current finances and develop budgets for the following period/year.Develop or recommend viable solutions for problems or situations.

Experience – 5+ years’ experience in a similar financial management position, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management software.
Education – Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or a related field; MBA preferred.
Planning – Proven strategic planning experience at the management level.
Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
