Preparation and presentation of design proposal; production of detailed construction documents coordinate with all other electromechanical (drawing’s & BOQ) negotiate with contractors and other professionals, coordination with contractors on site; making site visits to report on progress reports on progress of work; attending regular meeting with clients, contractors etc. preparation of site progress reports. site supervision to all civil & architectural and finishing work AutoCAD software literate; able to decipher Architectural & engineering sketches and translate to CAD dwgs; fast & accurate dwg production& details; perform full coordination b/n architectural & other engineering disciplines dwgs.
