الوصف الوظيفي Requirements: Candidate should have 3-5 years’ experience in Standards’ implementation office or management consulting organizations. Candidate should have Sales or marketing experience. Must have business development drive and entrepreneurial spirit. Should have good presentation and communication skills - Comfortable at making English Presentations to Clients Role and Responsibilities: Good knowledge of the Saudi Quality Standards market. Should have good communications skills in English and Arabic and can work in a busy work environment to deliver objectives. Able to coach, train and motivate, as well as discipline staff members as needed. Preferably, the candidate should have previous experience Quality Standards’ bodies and organizations like Bureai Veritas & Intertek. The successful candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit and a positive attitude. Identifying new sales leads Maintaining successful and effective relationships with existing customers. Sales Management: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop, support and deliver successful campaigns across your territory. Remain fair and impartial when if you should find yourself faced with conflict, but also knowing when to escalate. Strive for excellence. Proactive engagement with internal stakeholders to drive business results. Be an engaging and skilled communicator, that is able to convey clear and concise message to all. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen focusing on both current and tactical priorities in line with business goals. Product Knowledge: Able to apply product features and benefits to customer needs in order to win business. Able to apply knowledge of competitors to explain the full business advantages of our Quality standards products.
