- Experience 15 years in operation and maintenance and filed above
- Fluent English
- Experience in planning maintenance operation
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical system
- Working knowledge of facilities machine and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership
- Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus
