On behalf of our client in Saudi Arabia - we are currently recruiting for below mentioned position:

Title: Change Management Consultant

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Sector: Consulting

Description:

The incumbent will primarily be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance

The incumbent will oversee, monitor and measure the plan execution and effectiveness of transformation projects and provide analytics on transformation change management status for management consideration

Will conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders

Qualifications:

10+ years of total work experience

Bachelors’ Degree

PROSCI certification is desirable

PMP Certification is preferable
