Conducting & coordinating internal & external clinical training sessions for Imdad employees and clients. Clinical Training Specialist tasks also involves performing clinical assessments for sales & customer service teams, and basic clinical market researches. It is essential for the Clinical Training Specialist to provide effectively detailed information on various products applications offered by the company.Responsible of supporting clinical training for employees & clients. Clinical Training Specialist tasks also involves administration of Clinical eLearning System.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct Clinical activities
Grant eLearning access, skype call
Report challenging clinical issues to the supervisor
Process eLearning & certificate requests
Assess sales teams through Clinical Training Shadow visits
Compare competitor products competitive advantages
Prepare Clinical Nuggets per major product
المهارات
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or bio science from an accredited university.
Minimum 1-3 years’ work experience in clinical training field
Skills:
Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills
Excellent interpersonal and people skills
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Bilingual (Arabic, and English) is a must
