Testing Lead

Open doors for new clients in Saudi Arabia for Testing ( you will have to do this with you contacts and experience with KSA)

Create good pipeline for testing to an extent of 30Mn USD for the year 2019

Execute business to extent of 15 - 20 Mn USD for year 2019 from Saudi Arabia for testing

Handle multiple accounts from testing delivery perspective ( you will have a team for the same)

Review presales activities like RFP response, testing summit to invite and ensure client presence etc

Create new solutions for the practice in the region from testing perspective ( you will have to drive your teams to do this)

Drive initiatives such as creation of testing accelerators ( team will help and you need to drive these initiatives)

Drive RFP’s and other client presentations

Handle P&L;for KSA as a country

Client relationship and mining existing accounts

Manage offshore stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence in the accounts handled

Ensure good communication and coordination between KSA teams and offshore teams.

Innovate new business models to fit in KSA and drive testing business.
