Transit Talent Solutions is proud to partner with the FLOW Consortium (Ansaldo STS, Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane), who have been successfully appointed by ArRiyadh Development Authority as the Operations & Maintenance Contractor for Package 5, comprising Lines 3, 4, 5 & 6 of the 6-line Riyadh Metro.

-Keeps own specialist knowledge regarding government regulations and legislation
up to date and current.
-Ensures that the consir complies with government regulations and legislation;
- Coordinates with different third-party organisations to ensure that all interfaces are
managed effectively to support the trial running and subsequent operation of
Riyadh Metro.
-Manage the scheduling of integration workshops;
-Attend meetings and workshops to establish what is required to ensure the O&M;-Operator and third parties have procedures, processes and work instructions in
place to ensure the success of the Riyadh Metro.
-Manage the schedule and coordinate the delivery of integrated exercises with the
-O&M;Operator and third parties during operational readiness and trial operations;
-Coordinate specialist training plans with third parties.
