Summary
We are looking for an experienced chief accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying all financial transactions.
The chief accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures.
Job Description
- Reconciling account balances;
- Analyzing financial data;
- Preparing financial statements;
- Preparing budgets;
- Preparing detailed journal entries;
- Managing the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation;
- Collaborating with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance;

- Adequate skills in oral and written communication in Arabic and English;
- Good organization skills and assimilation capacities;
- To be able to win staff confidence, build strong relationships;
- Well organized, is able to learn continuously;
- Open minded with high working capacity.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance;
- At least 5 years of experience
