الوصف الوظيفي
Duties:
• Manage the sending out of inquiries, ensuring all relevant documentation is issued to Suppliers and Sub-contractors
• Attend site surveys
• Prepare RFI’s
• Produce fully priced detailed bills of quantities with labor hours and material costs
• Prepare timely and accurate assessments/ payment certs/ payless notices for sub-contractors each month
• Ensure the final account is agreed within specific project timeline
• Carry out cost management including forecasting
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, drawings, BOQ, specifications, budgets and other documentation.
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and variations
• Evaluate quotations and ensure quantities and specifications are in line with tender and project specifications.
المهارات
• Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of Quantity surveying, with specific knowledge of electrical cost elements
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
