الوصف الوظيفي
•Develop and implement short term / long term HR business plan aligned with corporate strategy.
• Periodically conduct manpower analysis to optimize workforce.
• Write and deliver presentations to board of directors on human resources objectives and achievements.
• Improve candidate’s screening and selection process to ensure 100% fit for job.
• Take a leadership role in developing a culture and methodology that enables employees to high perform.
• Effectively plan, design develop and evaluate human resource advance functions.
• Lead performance management and talent assessment.
• Ensuring all legal compliance 100/ with Ministry of Labor and other governing authorities.
• Advising department managers on HR issues related to Government regulations discipline and employee grievances.
• Planning and overseeing all departments manpower budget.

المهارات
• Strong & effective writing skills & business presentations skills.
• Expert in employment law and employee relations / communication
• Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice.
• Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment.• 5-10 years of progressively more responsible positions in human resource, preferable in telecommunication industry.
• Preferred has Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM)
