Marketing Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
• Develop the annual marketing plan in coordination with the sales & marketing director, and the sales targets expected for the company’s marketing department.
• Follows up on the implementation of the marketing plans to insure their effectiveness in achieving the company’s targets.
• To manage the Marketing Department budget. Delivery of all marketing activities within agreed budget.
• Plans and oversees the organization’s advertising and communication activities including print, electronic and direct mail outlet.
• Develops and recommends pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run.
• Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives is within designated budget.
• Helps in setting the pricing policies in coordination with sales & marketing director and marketing manager.
• Ensures market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy, and product packaging and formulation to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Helps in setting the marketing plans for services in coordination with the director of sales and marketing, and Sales Manager.
• Conducts marketing surveys on current
• Making strong relationship with establishment to help the employees
