• Implementing of the plans for the sales and update them periodically under the supervision of sales manager and coordination with corporate department
• Build-up a sales pipeline of Corporate events and banquet function in coordination with the sales manager.
• Prepare both confirmation and cancellation letters regarding reservations.
• Negotiation Skills: Sales Representative will need negotiation skills to work out prices with clients and contractors.
• Start targeting with corporate customers listed on the pipeline and start arranging meetings and perform of processes related to sales cycle.
• Coordinate with marketing department to bring the advertising and marketing material for Functions, and coordination with MKT Dept. regarding toolkits which provided to clients under supervision of sales Manager.
• Preparing distinctive presentation of company’s history and show client the special characteristics of the company and the benefits expected from placing the function in the company.
• Continuous follow-up with customers and provide them with all the details are eligible to complete the sales process.
• Participation in the drafting of contracts for the sales process in case needed in coordination with the sales manager.
• Receiving requests for quotations from customers and arrange their own priorities and make recommendations by the partnership with the sales manager.
• Preparing the quotations (Contracts) to customers based on requests received in coordination with the sales manager for approval.
• Performed all other jobs assigned by Sales Manager
