• Plan, develop, implement, communicate, supervise and maintains effective quality assurance with compliance of company’s quality system and requirements.
• Effectively interact with leaders to improve the level of current product/services as per the proactive quality standards, procedures and/or specifications.
• Daily presence & carry-out 80% of working times @ ON-SITE for evaluation, spot trainings, coach/lead with examples, motivate and persuade all concerned personnel to change their working habits and performance with compliance of our quality system’s processes, policies, procedures/specifications, and safe @ critical control / limits with properly understood manner.
• Identify the training needs of individuals related to the hygiene, GMPs for safe quality food and coordinate with Quality Manager for their internal & external trainings plan and its timely executions
• Performed all other jobs assigned by Quality Manager
