My client is looking for an exceptional eCommerce Digital Marketing Manager who will direct and oversee the brands strategic/long-term and tactical/short term e-commerce goals. have full-scale responsibility of the business’s Digital Marketing and Online strategy, planning, and execution - concept to completion for the multi-category e-commerce businesses. The right candidate must be able to effectively grow business success and has a thriving track record in results-driven marketing and partnering with external and internal teams to drive growth in the eCommerce in the region.
PREREQUISITES

• Above average Project Management skills and passionate technology flair.
• eCommerce Experience in or for Saudi Arabia
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Driving eCommerce KPIs: He/she will work to set, monitor and achieve/exceed all key sales and eCommerce KPIs for the business.
● Managing the Digital Marketing Budget smartly, cost-efficiently and profitably.
● Establish and build the Digital Marketing Function. Hire and manage the team wisely & the workflow effectively.
● Ensuring a leading position and performance for our brand across channels.
● Planning, optimizing & executing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on conversion and lead generation. to drive revenue growth working across all digital marketing Channels
● Analytics/Reporting:
o Ensures intelligent, adequate and timely reporting against KPIs and profit goals as well as eCommerce specific KPIs and ROI targets.
o Measuring & reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyses data to optimize the digital strategy, identifying opportunities & conducting testing across all channels.
● Monitor & report competitors.
● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
● Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
● Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
● Collaborate with networks, agencies and other vendor partners to achieve goals.
● Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

● The ideal candidate is a Digital Marketing Strategist with top e-commerce digital marketing technical skills and experience.
● A proactive individual with well-developed critical thinking skills who enjoys exceptional management skills (Project Management, Time Management, Team Management).
● She/He can lead teams, and process, react to and solve problems in a timely manner as they arise.
● Data-driven and numbers oriented.
● Experience in customer recruitment and retention.
● Exceptional understanding of consumer online behavior, trends, and market analysis
