Process Trainer

الوصف الوظيفي
*Identify training needs for all levels
*Develop training materials.
*Develop training plan for approval -
*Implement the training plan.
*Train the people On Job.
*Review and develop SOP’s for any change ¡n the operating system.
*Develop and train for conducting PHA, JSA, PSER, SAFER, MOC for safe execution of jobs.

المهارات
-Plant knowledge:-
Thorough knowledge in all sections of the Utility such as Demin & Polished water system, Boiler and
Steam System, Ammonia Storage and Pumping system, Sea Water and Cooling Water System, Instrument Nitrogen and Natural Gas Systems. Troubleshooting of day to day problems and through with all PFD and
P&IDs;for all sections. Well versed in operational techniques.
-Plant Engineering :-
Well versed in Boiler efficiency Calculations, Combustion calculations, Min Air Calculations based on
heating value of fuel used, Properties of Steam, Chemical requirement based on specification, Power
consumption calculations, Water Chemistry etc. Conversant with procedures of RCA, PHA, PSSR, HAZOP.
-Plant Analysis:-
Thorough with all analysis connected to the Plant, their range, and consequences, Corrective action to be
taken etc.
-EHSS Awareness:-
Thorough knowledge In Environment Aspects, Impacts of each element, Health and Hygiene conscious,
Awareness about MSDS of each chemical used in the Plant, Safe Work permit system, Positive isolation,
Emergency Response Plan procedures.
-Soft Skills :-
Excellent communication skills, demonstrate leadership qualities, very good at listening and presentation
skills, should exhibit self-confidence, Emotional maturity, motivation skills, approachable and should have
concern for others.
