الوصف الوظيفي
*To Operate & control utility equipment ,Chillers Air compressors ,Diesel generators Fire pumps ,centrifugal pumps, Cooling towers, HVAC unit.
*To troubleshoot & rectify the above utilities in case any abnormality in the Utility equipment.
*To Operate & control electrical substation by continuously monitoring.
*To Operate & control fuel gas system.
*To Ensure availability of Utilities all the time Communicate to end user for any deficiency/abnormalities.
*To communicate with Maintenance & get the work done for any equipment failures.
*To maintain drinking water quality by daily sampling. Rectify if any abnormality.
*To maintain waste water quality by daily sampling Rectify if any abnormality.
*To communicate to outside Utility suppliers in case if any Utilities interruption & to take action to rectify.
*To maintain housekeeping in all Utility areas.
*To assist Incident Commander & lead the Utility area in case of emergencies.
المهارات
*Fuel gas system, Fire pumps .Diesel generator, Valves ,PLC .Electrical substations
*Good communication and ate to work independently.
*Good problem solving and quick decision making skills.
*Good experience in operating & troubleshooting of Chiller ,Air compressor ,Cooling tower.
*Degree : Diploma Minimum
*Experience :- 10 years.
*Good command of English language.
*Good command of Microsoft office.
*Good writing skills.
