Monitoring preparation of various additives batch requirement as the production rate.
. Making catalyst batch as per the standard operating procedures for correct concentration.
. Making Stabilizer batch as per the standard operating procedure for correct concentration.
. Making toner batch as per the standard operating procedure for correct concentration.
. Sampling of the catalyst and additive batch and re-sampling in case of any abnormality.
Handling the Equipment’s with utmost care. Keeping the Floor and work area in good condition /housekeeping.
. Monitoring levels of storage vessels and transferring ready batches in storage vessels.
. Recording various parameters (readings) m the log book at regular intervals as per SHEMS Requirements.
. The job will also involve shifting of empty catalyst buckets and waste bags from batch preparation areas to safe designated locations,
. Following Sale practices as per company standards. Assisting field operators during failures & emergencies.
. The batch operator will report to the Shift Supervisor.
. Shifting catalysts addictive’s raw material from ground floor to designated locations or store room.
. To takeover/handover charge of shift operations from / to his reliever discussing all important events.
. To co-ordinate with supervisor/DCS Operator and perform all operational jobs in his area i.e. equipment change over, isolation, handing over to maintenance, restarting after maintenance, cleaning of catalyst fillers and strainers etc.
. To log the field parameters at specified intervals and inform abnormalities to shift Supervisor. To collect the samples as per schedule and deliver to the assigned area of sample collection rack.
. To take rounds in assigned area to find out any abnormalities and lo participate maintain good
housekeeping.
. To observe safety of the plant, self and other personal working in his assigned area.
To participate in all safety meetings and other safety program and practice the same.
المهارات
Special skills & knowledge: -
Reading and writing in English, Arabic will also be an advantage.
Other Requirements
Initial training and qualification is required by operation department.
The Cutter operator will report to the Shift Supervisor & is required to work for 8 hours normal duty and 4 hours Overtime.
