Assure and maintain reliable air conditioning systems in all sharq building premises.
Check, review and action shall be taken of spare parts availability for all HVAC system.
Carrying out planned maintenance activity as per SAP pm.
Establishing service requirement tenders and review services quotation technically.
Acting and ensuring that any HVAC (chillers and AHU) design and build maintenance activities to be accomplished with implemented best practice, and are suitably defined and controlled.
Ability to perform precise calculations when installing or evaluating systems.
Able to do technically communication with service contractor.
المهارات
Degree :- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Stationary Engineering.
Minimum Experience:- 10 years

Computer Skills and English speaking with writing skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Safety-oriented personality.
