Apply Reliability Implementation plan for static and rotary (RCM, RBI).
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for Major failures and recommended actions.
Development and implementation of ISO procedures - preferred in ISO 55000 (Asset Management System)
Prepare technical reports on plant reliability issues.
Provide technical support in terms of optimizing PM and PDM.
Enhancing maintenance KPI’s to ensure good quality maintenance.
Participate in Developing turnaround job list related to reliability recommendations.
Coordinating with maintenance personnel, training subordinates, etc. related to reliability functions.
المهارات
Full Knowledge of Company’s system policies and procedures.
Preferred Knowledge of ASME, API and ASTM standards.
Preferred Knowledge in SAP application any reliability Software’s.
Degree :- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
