l) Installation of field instruments and control valves With applicable accessories in petrochemical and fertilizer plants.
2) Supporting troubleshooting faults in control Ioops Of DCS and ESD systems.
3)Tubing and hooking up of field instrument.
4)Conduct leak tests, Hydro test of impulse tubing’s of fields instruments.
5)Do Field Modification in the instrument hook-ups when necessary in accordance with MOC
6) To do overhauling Of the instruments and valves during emergency shutdown or during turnarounds.
7)Installation of conduits & cable trays, cable laying, gladding and terminations, ferruling etc.
8) in-charge of inventory related to conduit materials for day-to-day maintenance activities and for T/A activities.
المهارات
Degree :- Industrial Training Certification with any Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum Experience :- 5 Years.
Experience in doing tubing and conducting works.
Hand-on Experience in the overhauling and testing of automated valves and control valves.
