الوصف الوظيفي
The Sales Executive should source the leads and work with his team of sales professionals to achieve their set targets. Also, help to direct his team focus, set goals, look at data, motivate, his co-workers to achieve the best results. The Sales Executive should work to organize visits schedule wether for new clients or existing clients, and be very precise when it comes to following up with the clients . In some capacities, The Sales Executive will suggest prices, sales and deals, and analyze current trends to meet future sales goals. Sales Executive might work with a local team, or in a larger, regional capacity.

Sales Executive’s Responsibilities:
· Sourcing and acquiring leads
· Setting and monitoring the daily visiting schedule for the team members;
· Setting and monitoring the progress and the performance of the existing clients
· Making sure he acts as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets;
· negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
· acting on the process of gathering market and customer information;
· Overseeing and creating detailed sales proposal documents;
· Reviewing sales performance and organizing the team to produce collective reports;
· Gaining a clear view and understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
· attending team meetings and sharing best practice with subordinates and collogues ;
· Preparing weekly reports on customers and potential client visits and revisits
· Meeting the quarterly goals and placing plans for achieving them.
KPIs :
Sales Turnover Average selling price
Collection( Non COD customers) “ if applicable”.
