الوصف الوظيفي
1. write and update relevant quality and standards policies, guidelines and handbooks per department / business unit 2. align all TETCO Q&S;guidelines to industry and government standards3. carry out regular research into best practice standards and quality that suit the core business activities of the organization and serves the industry in which it operates 4. advise management of global and regional Q&S;best practice, particularly educational technology and related sub-sectors of the industry 5. stay abreast of latest industry quality standards on global, regional and national levels through networking, attending events and seminars, and relevant training programs 6. execute quality surveys on regular basis as agreed with management 7. ensure survey standards are met, and outcomes are digested and published according to best practice models and company best fit 8. carry out gap analyses and highlight deviances and areas of excellence9. compile survey outcome reports and gap analyses reports as per agreed frameworks and requirements, and submits on time in relevant format to the team manager 10. keep records, reports and all department information and documentation under guard 11. act as major liaison between the planning & governance department and the organization at large re Q&S;requirements and expectations12. inform, educate and encourage departments and individuals to comply, improve, and excel

المهارات
Track monitors and measure quality and standards organization wide, and suggest remedies where gaps are present. Ensures sound and regular Q&S;policies, information and communication to the organization and large, monitoring and guiding all relevant business channels in quality and standards regulations and requirements, reporting on status and gaps.
