1. update relevant quality and standards policies, guidelines and handbooks per department / business unit as and when required 2. operate within alignment of all TETCO Q&S;guidelines to industry and government standards3. carry out regular research into best practice standards and quality that suit the core business activities of the organization and serves the industry in which it operates 4. advise management of Q&S;non-compliance and suggest appropriate remedies where gaps are identified 5. stay abreast of latest industry quality standards on global, regional and national levels through networking, attending events and seminars, and relevant training programs 6. compile and run quality and standard surveys on regular basis as agreed with management 7. ensure survey standards are met, and outcomes are documented and published as per agreed communication architecture 8. write survey reports and gap analyses reports as per agreed frameworks and requirements, and submit these to the team manager 9. keep records, reports and all department information and documentation under guard and accessible to management and relevant stakeholders as per agreed frameworks Certification and minimum personal
