Qualifications/ Experience / Skiles
• Providing monthly reports to the relevant project and company status
• Prepare Project Cost Report Resource Variance (Variance ( Manpower, equipment’s, subcontractors and material variance , Physical Invoice and Productivity Variance , as weekly and monthly project cost reports
• Project Controls (including Project Financial Status Reports, Earned Revenue/ cost , estimate to complete and estimate at completion )
• Monitoring the project, during the execution phase, by analyzing and comparing the achieved results against the budget
• Create cost collection codes & cost reporting templates
• Collection and allocation of actual costs and control of approved changes to budget
• Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes,
• Knowledge of financial reporting systems and controller account codes, and understanding of Controller instructions,
• Collect & check daily report from Site Engineer, Foreman, Timekeeper and Storekeeper regarding manpower, materials andmachinery
