Develop and write detailed customer proposals.
Print Invoices and Play role in Collection.
Attend technical and opportunity meetings with potential customers to illustrate and demonstrate technical aspects of the product.
Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs etc.
Responsible for staying on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
Developing and generating the sales and related reports for analysis.
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Surveying and making aplan for west region market and marketing our company in all sectors.
Closing deals with clients.
Training clients how to use system.
Preparing invoices for all clients and submit it.
Collecting cash from all west region clients with me or with our HD deal.
Submitting all other invoices receiveng from our head office.
Following all existing client in west region.
Solving problems and getting new extension from clients.
Transferring money and deposit cheques in banks.
