الوصف الوظيفي
• He should have good experience in the finishing activities (Cladding, GRC, Glazing, internal finishing,…)
• He should have good knowledge of the Safety ( working with the foreigner company it will be a good point)
• He should have good knowledge on the planning (not as a planner, but he should have skill of making one month look ahead plan,…)• He must have a degree and if he got a PMP qualification that will be good.
we need minimum 5-8 years construction manager experience not the total experience.

المهارات
- He should have a strong personality in order to manage the engineers, foreman and the job site entire.
