• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3+ years of proven experience in Web Development;• Strong experience of working as a DevOps Engineer within a software house.• Excellent experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS.• Experience deploying and supporting a highly available .NET platform• Experience supporting a Microsoft IIS deployment• Experience with installation, configuration/set-up and maintenance of new and existing production environment deployments.• Experience with Cloud Computing and virtualization.• General understanding of IT Security is a must.• Experience in either programming/scripting languages like C#, JavaScript, and/or PowerShell.• Experience in monitoring applications for availability and performance• Good understanding of SQL specifically with SQL Server• Experience with source control systems.• Experience in supporting development of software and web applications.• Lead complex troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis• Effective communication skills with ability to exchange information, respond to inquiries, requests for assistance as well as train and support end-users• Ability to Deliver Instructor-Led training, as well as Virtual (Online- Live) Training• Excellent Arabic and English language communication skills (verbal, presentation and written).
