الوصف الوظيفي
• Managing attendance and absence and ensuring having great environment.
• Developing personal targets and plans.
• Direct and plan the day to day operations of west region
• Fill the GAP as per Business request for all positions in the region.
• Maintains organization staff by hiring Good Caliber.
• Employees Induction.
• Hearing and resolving employee grievances and provide the counseling to supervisors and regional managers.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable company policy and labor office requirements; conducting investigations.
• Maintains & Ensure follow the company policy guidelines, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Support capability development, retention & succession of talent within the company
• Regular team meetings and one to one’s with the HR operations team
• Monthly Meeting with other Division to enhance the work and development.
• Manage and resolve complex employees
• Continues Regional visit to ensure HR compliance with Creative standards and procedures
• Ensure the validity of civil and municipal defense permits for branches and renew them before Expiring.
• Work on Saudization plans in accordance with the directives of senior management
• Making Weekly reports
• Review & Approvals in the system For travel, reservations &expenses;requests for employees
• Checking and approving resignations requests for employees and ensuring that their final interview is signed
