Policies , Processes & Procedures
1. Oversee the implementation of department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of the operation department activities so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled that with compliance with the QMS “Quality management system” requirement (ISO9001).
2. Part of change management plans related to QMS to ensure the system maintenance & development when changes to the QMS are planned and implemented.
The QA manager reports the performance of the QMS. Also to report the opportunities for Improvement to Top Management. Departmental performance data to be presented to Top Management based on the Deemah PMS “Performance management system”.

3. Strategically plan and manage transportation and customer services. Direct, optimize and coordinate end to end order cycle.

4. Placement of delivery plans: Carries out technical support of delivery of production in KSA and Export customer areas. Maintains operational communication with the planning division in terms of joint interaction with the Central Warehouse, Export/Import divisions, Branch warehouses, Procurement.
5. Transport logistics: Searches for suppliers of transport and forwarding services. Together with the direct supervisor, he determines the carrier of goods, based on the most efficient schemes of the work of transport organizations and the most optimal modes of transport (in accordance with the standards for the transport of certain types of goods)
6. Work with Clients (Branches, Distributors, Export Customers, Procurement).
• Departmental performance data to be presented to logistic manager.

Product Availability
7. Ensure that the products planned to be aligned with a specific schedule and place, products should be delivered on a timely manner.
8. Co-Coordinating with Purchase & Planning for production activities.

9. Manage & Develop the transportation team, to establish organizational structures and work schedules
10. Delegate tasks to the Team and train them regarding accountabilities.
Budgeting and control over expenses
11. Takes part in gathering information and preparing an annual budget for logistics costs (transportation, primary delivery). On a monthly basis, he provides information on the expenses incurred to the management to check the implementation of the budget for the logistics costs. It proposes measures to optimize costs, takes a direct part in the plan of measures to optimize costs.
Optimization of Productivity
12. Improve the processes of transportation by tracking issues and optimizing efficiency and develop standards
13. Monitoring the Cost of Operations (Transportation Cost)
Operation Control
14. Monitor the overall flow of the transportation operations.
15. Improving the process of loading and unloading as well as the combination of products.
16. Develop a strategic plan for the deliveries between warehouses and branches.
17. Coordinating with all other SC subdivisions to increase the level of operational work based on requirement updates.
المهارات
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
• 1-3 year experience in SCM (Specialized in Transportation)
• Experience of managing internal and external stakeholders relationships.
