Quest Search & Selection is working with a fine dining group of restaurants in Riyadh, KSA looking for a Pastry Chef to manage the kitchen operation of their venues.

We ideally are looking for candidates with experience in KSA in fine dining venues - standalone only.

As the Pastry Chef - standalone restaurants, your primary responsibilities will include:
Day to day operation of the 3 outletsNegotiating the best deals with suppliersMenu creation and costingOversee production of high-quality pastry and bakery productsResponsible for the control and maintenance of all equipmentGood knowledge of P&L;Management

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Pastry Chef - standalone restaurants):
Recent KSA experience in fine diningEuropean and South Californian Cuisine advanced knowledgeGood understanding of KSA market - suppliersCulinary DegreeFood Safety Certification HACCPFood Handlers Certification COSHUp to date with all F&B;trends in the kitchen6-10 years experience with minimum 5 years in management

The Benefits

Salary package offered is SAR 20,000 - 22,000, yearly ticket, medical insurance, tips. Please note that this is a single status position.
