STAVOKLIMA® is a European air technology brand, committed to inspire the world through innovative air curtains technologies. Due to recent growth within the company, we have opened a position for an air curtain Sales Specialist.
The accepted candidate will be tasked with proactively identifying and contacting new clients, cultivating and managing long-term relationships to build long-term relationships. This will involve understanding the air curtain physics, operational and environmental objectives.
Job Description:
• Manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to customer onboarding.
• Responsible for generating business for the assigned product by carrying out sales and marketing related activities.
• Identify new sales leads and pitch new clients
• Frequent visits to the consultants, customers & contractors to prepare the master project list, to focus on, in their region.
• Analyze the territory, develop, execute, and monitor sales programs of the Carrier VRF and Commercial Applied products.
• Make presentations in front of engineers, mechanical contractors, and owners.
• Generate new business through contractors and consultant within KSA
• Provide inputs for new product development based on customer needs
المهارات
• Acceptable HVAC and Mechanical product knowledge.
• Proven sales history and a track record of developing both new business and maintaining existing relationships.
• Must have existing relationships with Clients, Architects, and consultants.
• Must have experience in cold calling engineers and mechanical contractors to seek out plan/spec & design build opportunities
• Must have experience in closing sales opportunities and growing a customer base
• Highly motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal direction from management
• Proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office applications
• Maintain current and accurate account and forecast information in the CRM database
