Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Work as a team player to implement the existing and new software.
• Work as first level support for software and other IT related issues.
• Able to identify the priority and complexity of the user queries and complaints in order to provide the solution.
• Able to prepare the training materials and conduct the training to the users using professional communication skills.
• Coordinator for training events and activities.
• Administer post-training continued education sessions, including 1:1 and group sessions.
• Create and update training reference guides in light of product or process changes as needed.
• Provide feedback to the Department Head throughout the training delivery process.
• Conduct post-training analysis to determine training effectiveness.
• Maintain successful training delivery satisfaction statistics to drive program success.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to travel in and outside the kingdom as and when required

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English & Arabic.
• Must have diploma or degree in IT/Software.
• 1-2 years of experience in the field of software and/or IT support.
• Strong writing skills, with extensive experience developing end-user documentation.
• Proficient expertise Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to constantly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to communicate and build effective working relationships across a diverse groups of people and departments.
• Able to drive.
Preferred Additional Qualifications
• Experience & understanding with ERP system is plus.
• Have personal car.
