Data Quality Analyst

الوصف الوظيفي
• Only Saudi Nationals
• Technical experience working in Teradata and CLDM
• Experience in working in the Telecom domain
• Able to independently draft SQL rules (in Teradata) and Data Quality rules, cases and verification model
• Experience on working with Teradata Utilities like BTEQ, FEXP, MLOAD, FLOAD
• Experience on working with Unix and ETL (Ab-Initio preferred) environments
• Have a good understanding of the data flows and propose / define DQ rules for key data elements along the data journey i.e. from source system to reporting
• Collaborate with the team on the work involving data management, referential data usage, reconciliations and data consistency
• Flexibility to lead or participate in other data governance initiatives or programs
• Experience and Ability to manage the technical and data related discussions with the end user of the system and business
• Work extensively with the different teams across SDLC/Agile and reconciliation business owners regarding identified data quality and reconciliation issues

• Identify, compare, and resolve data quality problems
• Evaluate large dataset for quality and accuracy
• Determine business impact level for data quality issues
• Work with Programmers to correct data quality errors
• Determine root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutions
• Research and determine scope and complexity of issue so as to identify steps to fix issue
• Develop process improvements to enhance overall data quality
• Develop and execute data cleanup measures
• Maintain a record of original data and corrected data
• Ensure adherence to data quality standards
• Resolve all internal data exceptions in timely and accurate manner
• Identify areas of improvement to achieve data quality
• Analyze, query and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures
