Technical Implementation Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Pre-stages and on-site implementation
1- Planning and schedule alignment
2- Contacting and working with third parties in the country
3- Pre-stage delivering with the Carestream & Channel technical team
4- Documenting pre-stage activities and system build (Delivery Document)
5- Participates and drives system administrator workshops to collect proper input for the pre-stages and to ensure alignment with customer’s expectations on the solution to be delivered
6- Works to continuously improve and simplify the on site implementation process, by eliminating non-value-added activities, optimizing the tools, the documentation and identifying potential areas of improvement
7- Provides remote or on site support within the Carestream & Channel implementation teams for all phases of project delivery:
o Site Readiness
o On site installation
o Network support if needed
o DICOM Connectivity tests and workflow validation with third party systems
o Functional acceptance and production acceptance tests
o Hand over to customer care organization
o System upgrades

المهارات
1.  English fluency written and spoken mandatory
2. Educated to Degree Level, preferably in Computer Science / Engineering
3.Strong Oracle Database knowledge
4. Operating System knowledge, Windows (Server 2008 & 2012)
5. Medical Experience with understanding of Radiology Workflow
6.Basic Understanding of HIS, RIS & PACS
